  • Analytics is a tool that can be used to visualize data gathered by a template over time. In other words, the data that is used by a template to generate tens or hundreds of documents over time can be used to perform basic analytics and present the details on the dashboard.
  • To use the analytics feature, the user needs to navigate to the template for which Analytics need to be performed, go to the management interface where there are options like “Actions”, “Versions”, “Permissions”, “Annexes” and “Analytics” and click on “Analytics” option.
  • A window will open with options to either view a current set of analytics or to request custom analytics.
  • The user can select current analytics for an existing Analytics run and click on “Visualize Analytics”
  • Or he/she can request for new analytics run by clicking on “Request custom analytics run”. The “Request custom analytics run’ is limited to a maximum limit of 200 documents per request. By clicking on this option, the interface takes the user to a new window where he/she can specify details like date range, document type (completed, incomplete, accepted, rejected) and an identifier.
  • Once the details are provided, the user can "Run analytics on specified documents”.
  • The user can click the “Data dump” option which will allow the user to export the data as an Excel file which can further be used to do build models, extract more advanced insights etc.
