Non-repudiation refers to the assurance that a person who signs a document cannot later deny having signed it. Q-Sign provides this feature for added trust and accountability. Depending on the type of signature selected and the governing law of the contract, there could be additional recognitions and presumptions for signing a contract electronically under the law.
